In 2022, Navya carried out numerous projects related to the Obstacle Surveillance Service across AENA’s airport network in Spain.
These critical projects ensure the detection and control of obstacles that could negatively impact the safety and regularity of aircraft operations near airports, while creating a valuable database for both airport operators and other stakeholders.

Our Aeronautical Surveying and Mapping Department collaborated with multiple facilities, delivering tailored solutions backed by deep industry expertise.
Airports and heliports served:
Málaga–Costa del Sol | Josep Tarradellas Barcelona–El Prat | Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas | Girona–Costa Brava | Seve Ballesteros–Santander | Tenerife South | Asturias | Almería | Vigo | Granada–Jaén | A Coruña | Vitoria | Reus | Burgos | Córdoba | Logroño–Agoncillo | Madrid Cuatro Vientos | Pamplona | San Sebastián | Son Bonet | Algeciras Heliport | Ceuta Heliport.
These projects build on similar work from previous years and complement other airport-related services currently developed at Navya, expanding our knowledge base and strengthening one of our core areas of expertise.
